Unless otherwise arranged, individual sessions are 50 minutes and couples sessions are 75 minutes.

Typically 1x per week, however this can be adjusted to several times per week or to every-other week as needed.

Session fees are $120 per 50-minute session and $140 per 75-minute couples' sessions

I accept cash, check, debit & credit cards, and HSA cards. You have the option of adding a card to your client profile which I will charge on the day we meet.

Our first session will be getting to know eachother, hearing your story/what brings you to therapy and discussing expectations

If you need to cancel a session, just contact me 24 hours before our scheduled time. You can reach me via email, text message or phone call. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to our scheduled time you will still be billed for that session.

I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, however this is just as much a way of understanding people as it is a treatment modality. This means that I may be thinking psychodynamically but can, and do tailor my treatment approach to match the needs of each individual, family or couple.

Depending on your goals, treatment can last several months, up to many years . In general, long-lasting deep change takes a longer time to create. This is always something we can talk about and you do have the right to stop at any point.
